01 · What's included

What is included in the white-label esports platform?

The platform covers the full lifecycle of a competitive gaming program: white-label setup, team registration, tournament operations, paid entry, and community publishing. Every plan includes a white-label web application, full brand customization, and access to the Fluxion AI suite. The platform is game-agnostic, supports more than 25 languages, and runs on any device without a download.

01

White-label customization

Every screen players see carries your brand, not Netgen's. Logo, colors, domain, and interface copy are applied from your brand guidelines during onboarding.

02

Tournament & league management

Handles bracket creation, match scheduling, and result tracking for any game and any competition format. No spreadsheets, no manual updates between rounds.

03

League generator

Runs ongoing competition structures automatically. Player registration, match announcements, standings, and scheduling managed without manual input each cycle.

04

Team management

Players create and join teams directly on the platform. Rosters, captains, and invitations are handled inside the platform without external tools.

05

Live chat

Players communicate inside the platform during matches. No external Discord server to manage. Chat is active during tournaments and visible to organizers in real time.

06

Social login

Players join with their existing Twitch, Discord, or Google account. No sign-up form, no new password. Registration takes seconds.

07

Progressive web app

Works on any phone without a download. Players add the platform to their home screen and get full mobile access without going through the App Store.

08

Game-agnostic

Any game can be added without publisher integrations or API dependencies. Adding a new title is handled through the admin panel in minutes.

09

25+ languages

Ships in more than 25 languages. If a language is missing, the Netgen team adds it on request. No developer work needed on your side.

10

Paid tournament entry

Collect entry fees at registration through integrated payment processing. Operators retain 100% of revenue with zero platform commission.

11

Vouchers & free entry

Issue entry codes for sponsor campaigns, press access, or free-play events. Players redeem them at registration without going through a payment flow.

12

Content & news publishing

Publish announcements, match reports, and event updates directly on the platform. Keeps your community informed without a separate CMS.

02 · Proprietary AI

What is Fluxion AI and what does it do?

Fluxion AI is a proprietary system built and operated by Netgen, exclusive to platform clients. It handles four functions. Token allocation varies by plan: 5 million tokens per month on Essentials, 12 million per month on Premium, and a custom allocation on Enterprise. Fluxion is not a third-party integration. It is built into the platform and available without additional configuration on every plan.

03 · Marketing automation

What marketing automation tools are built into the platform?

Email, SMS, in-app notifications, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting are included on all plans. No separate subscription, no additional setup. Organizations running a standalone email tool can consolidate that cost into the platform subscription.

Email campaigns with automated workflows respond to player actions and trigger sequences based on behavior. SMS notifications reach players directly for match alerts, registration confirmations, and event announcements. In-app notifications deliver time-sensitive messages within the platform itself. Audience segmentation separates players by activity level, registration date, game preference, or any custom attribute. A/B testing lets organizers measure which messaging performs better before committing to a full send. Reporting tracks delivery rates, open rates, and conversion across all channels.

EMAIL

Automated workflows

Sequences triggered by what players do: register, play their first match, go inactive, win a tournament. Set the logic once and it runs on its own.

WhatsApp or SMS

Direct alerts

Sends outside the platform. Tournament start times, registration confirmations, and event reminders go directly to the player's phone.

IN-APP

Time-sensitive messages

Appears inside the platform at the moment it matters. Bracket updated, match is about to start, result confirmed. Players see it where they are.

SEGMENTATION

Audience segmentation

Split your player base by game, activity level, registration date, or any attribute you define. Message the right group, not the full list.

A/B TESTING

A/B testing

Send two versions to a small split. See which gets more opens. Then send the winner to everyone else. No guessing.

REPORT

Full reporting

Delivery rate, open rate, and conversion per campaign and per channel. Everything is in the platform. No third-party analytics tool needed.

04 · Monetization

How does monetization work on the platform?

Three revenue mechanisms are available within the platform. Entry fees are collected at registration through integrated payment processing. Three gateway integrations are available: Mollie, BitPay for cryptocurrency payments, and MamoPay for markets in the Middle East and Africa. Premium subscriptions give players recurring access to tournaments or platform features for a recurring fee. Advertising placements within the platform create an additional revenue surface for sponsors and partners. The platform charges zero commission on transactions at all plan levels. That means every euro collected from tournament entry fees or subscriptions is retained in full by the platform operator. A tax management module calculates tax based on each player's country of residence. Operators running paid entry across multiple jurisdictions do not have to manage this manually.

05 · Infrastructure

What infrastructure does the platform run on?

The platform is hosted on non-GAFAM cloud infrastructure in EU, US and ASIA datacenters. The datacenters operate under ISO 27001 certification for information security management. DDoS protection is active at the infrastructure level. Continuous monitoring covers platform health, response times, and anomalies around the clock. Automatic database backups run every 12 hours on Essentials plans and every 4 hours on Premium plans. The platform operates at 99.9 percent uptime.

All data remains in infrastructure not owned or operated by Google, Amazon, or Microsoft. Public sector clients and national federations require this level of data sovereignty. The platform operator retains full control of their user data. Netgen does not use client data for its own purposes. GDPR compliance is built into the data architecture. Enterprise plans include dedicated hardware, providing full isolation from other platform instances.

06 · Teams · Broadcasters · Enterprise

What do teams, broadcasters, and enterprise deployments get?

Four capabilities extend the platform for organizations running multi-person teams, live broadcast integrations, or large-scale deployments: multi-organizer access, a dedicated production API, SSO authentication, and multi-language support. These are available on Premium and Enterprise plans, with the exception of the production API and multi-language support, which are available across all plans.

Multi-Organizer Access

Premium plans support up to four simultaneous organizers working inside the same platform. Enterprise plans have no organizer limit. Each organizer account has configurable permissions, so a sponsor cannot access tournament settings and a tournament manager cannot access billing. Access control is granular and managed from the platform's admin interface without developer involvement.

API for Live Production

The platform exposes a dedicated API for connection to live production and streaming infrastructure. This lets a broadcast team pull live match data, player information, and tournament state directly into graphics, overlays, and scoreboards without manual data entry during a broadcast. For organizations running the platform and live production through Netgen, this integration is configured as part of the deployment.

SSO Authentication

Enterprise plans include single sign-on authentication. Players log into the esports platform using an existing identity provider managed by the organization. Sports clubs, telecom operators, and publishers who already manage a user base can extend that identity into the esports program. No separate account required.

Multi-Language Support

The platform supports more than 25 languages. Additional languages can be added by the Netgen team on request without custom development. For operators deploying in multiple countries or across language regions, language support is a configuration task, not a development project.

07 · Player experience

What does the platform experience look like for players?

The player-facing interface runs entirely under the operator's brand. Every screen a player sees carries the organization's visual identity, not Netgen's. Registration uses social login via Twitch, Discord, or Google, so players join using accounts they already have rather than creating a new credential. A progressive web app delivers full mobile access without an app store download. Once inside, players access their tournament bracket, match schedule, live standings, and results in real time. Live chat is active during tournaments, keeping communication immediate without external tools. Performance tracking gives each player visibility into their history and standing across all competitions on the platform.

For organizations deploying to an existing fanbase, the fully branded environment determines whether players experience it as their organization's platform or a third-party tool they were sent to. That distinction affects whether players return between tournament cycles.

08 · Walkthroughs

Can I see the platform before booking a demo?

Three walkthroughs, one per perspective: full platform, organizer backend, player experience. Watch before booking if you prefer to evaluate independently.

09 · Deployment

How long does it take to deploy the platform?

Deployment takes days, not months. The platform is a production-ready SaaS product with a white-label layer that accepts brand configuration without code changes. The typical deployment sequence covers brand configuration, game library setup, organizer account provisioning, and payment gateway connection. Most clients are running live tournaments within the first week.

Building a comparable platform from scratch requires a development team, a product manager, and several months before the first tournament can run. Then ongoing maintenance for every new game or feature update. The Netgen platform absorbs that cost into the monthly subscription.

For organizations comparing build versus buy: the build budget is one cost. Time-to-first-tournament and ongoing maintenance are the others. The platform has been in active development since 2019. Seven years of real deployments are already built into the stability and feature depth that a custom build would take years to replicate.

10 · Pricing

How much does the white-label esports platform cost?

Three plans are available. Essentials is €699/month and covers up to 5,000 users, the full tournament suite, Fluxion AI with 5 million tokens per month, marketing automation, and 24-hour priority support. Premium is €1,499/month and covers up to 10,000 users, payment integration, advertising placements, multi-organizer access for up to four team members, chat support, Fluxion AI with 12 million tokens per month, 4-hour database backups, and 8-hour priority support. Enterprise is priced on request and covers unlimited users, dedicated hardware, SSO authentication, a custom API, unlimited organizers, custom development capacity, and 2-hour priority support.
